Jessica Martin
jessica.martin@mndeca.org
State Vice President of
Chapter Development
Hey there! My name is Jessica Martin and I am a senior at Elk River
High School. I've been a member of DECA for the past four years now,
and I'm also my high school's Concessions Manager and the Operations
Manager for Elk River High School's school store.
Apart from DECA, I also played volleyball for five years and have
been a member of National Honor Society for two. Outside of school,
I love to design, read, and watch movies. I like to stay busy, so I'm
not home very often. In the summer when I have more free time, I
spend most of it outside with friends. I enjoy tubing, bonfires,
taking walks, mudding, camping, and playing beach volleyball.
After graduation, I plan on attending the University of Minnesota's
Carlson School of Business Management with a degree in Marketing and a
minor in Strategic Advertising. At some point not too far off from
there, I would like to go back to school and get a degree in Fashion
Design or Merchandise Product Development. But for right now, I'm
just excited to see what this year has in store for me as a state
officer, and I hope you all are excited for what we have to offer you
this year as your 2009-2010 State Officer team! |
