State President
Stella Miner is a senior at Mound Westonka High School who is honored to be representing District 3 this year as the VP of Communications. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to create cohesive communication amongst her fellow officers, with DECA’s various partners and sponsors, and throughout MN DECA. She plans to ensure that every chapter is up to date on all information regarding Back to Business and the State Career Development Conference.
Outside of DECA, Stella is the captain of her school's Soccer, Track and Field, and Nordic Skiing teams. Additionally, she serves as co-president of both the MWHS DECA chapter and the MWHS Student Council. She is also involved in National Honors Society and Rotary. When she is not engaged in one of these activities, she loves to read, hike, run, cook, or solve puzzles of any kind. Stella cannot wait to show all of MN DECA how they can Be The One this year!

Kelsey Koehler is a senior at Coon Rapids High School and will be representing District 4 of Minnesota DECA as the Vice President of Business and Industry. She is a four year DECA member and has had the opportunity to attend the International Career Development Conference three times. As a freshman, she attended the Thrive Academy and as a sophomore and junior, she was a competitor. She has served on the Coon Rapids High School officer team for two consecutive years and plans to run for office again in the next election, which occurs in fall of 2024.
Outside of DECA, Kelsey is very involved in her school and her community. She is a manager for both the varsity football team and varsity baseball team at Coon Rapids. She is also one of three operations managers for Coon Rapids’ School Based Enterprise, the Cardinal Image. On Sundays, she volunteers by teaching preschool aged students at her church. In her free time, she hangs out with friends and family, creates drawings and paintings, bakes desserts, listens to music, or wraps up in a blanket to enjoy her favorite movies and shows. She is extremely passionate about DECA and can’t wait to see who is going to step up, stand out, and Be The One to make a difference.
Molly Pitzen is so excited to represent District 2 for this DECA season! A senior at Rosemount High School, Molly has served her 150+ member DECA chapter as an officer for 2 years, as well as manages the chapter Instagram. On top of being an officer, Molly currently serves as a member of the Rosemount High School Thespian Society Troupe, participates as a theatre actor, and helps teach middle schoolers about Drug Prevention as a Developmental Psychology student.
Outside of Rosemount High School, Molly serves as Chair of the City of Rosemount Youth Commission, is a Student Journalist in Spotlight Education’s Critical Review program through Hennepin Theatre Trust, and has even put her skills to good use- appearing on Season 40 of Wheel of Fortune as a Teen Week contestant (And winner!). Molly is thrilled to be able to serve Minnesota DECA as a State Officer, and hopes to meet many Minnesota DECA members and engage with all of the wonderful personalities that DECA brings together!
